ART TRAIL 2019

 

Final year students on the BA(Hons) Creative and Therapeutic Arts course in South Wales worked in partnership with 18 businesses and sites across the course's local town on Pontypridd to produce an art trail, 'pART of Pontypridd' for their graduate show.  The students created a feast of multi-sensory, inclusive, accessible, participatory, wellbeing-themed and socially-engaged artworks for the public.

Becky has been nominated for a STARTS Recognition Award by the University of South Wales for her work on this project.  2019 was its pilot year, and 2020 sees the project grow into an annual event with the support of Pontypridd Business Improvement District (BID) and the Town Council.
